Jim Irsay

I met the owner of the Indianapolis Colts, Jim Irsay who asked me to take him on a Beatle Tour of London. Jim wated to know more about what it was like working with the Beatles. He had just purchased John Lennon’s “1963 Gretsch 6120” guitar for $530,000 on which Lennon had reportedly written “Paperback Writer”…

We spoke about the Beatles and rock and roll for nearly three hours. He is a rock and roll gentleman and one of the most interesting men I have ever met.

Thanks for your company Jim.
