Nothing defines the fashion of the sixties and seventies as much as the hairstyles, with the hairdressers themselves becoming stars. Leslie was 15 when he joined Vidal Sassoon, and while still a teenager he became official hairdresser to The Beatles he was also with them on the Magical Mystery Tour coach. He also worked on the distinctive coiffures of the Bee Gees, The Who, Tony Curtis, Dave Clark 5, James Taylor and Peter Cook. Let Leslie regale you with stories from his autobiography The Cutting Edge.
